Yes. QuestionPro supports integration with SalesForce’s sandbox environment. To enable the sandbox option please follow the steps below:
- Go to: Survey >> Integrations >> Salesforce
- Turn on the Sandbox toggle ON and enter the Username and password for Sandbox.
- Click on Verify Connection button.
Yes, you can map the questions to Sandbox environment in the same way you map questions for Salesforce production environment.
