Deleting Email Lists
How do I delete email lists?
Go to: Login » Surveys (select a survey) » Distribute » Email
Go to Lists
Here you will find all the global emails lists as well as all survey specific email lists. Hover over the email lists which you wish to delete and click on the delete icon.
If you have minimized your screen, the delete icon will be available under the more (three-dot) menu.
Will deleting email lists affect my data?
Yes. we recommend not to delete email lists as it affects respondents as well as data collection. If you have sent survey invitations to an email list, you will not be able to delete it for 30 days.
If you delete an email list, respondents will not be able to answer the survey.
For your data collected, respondent tracking may be lost as well as ability to send reminders will also not be available.
