Bulk unsubscribe

You can remove batches of unwanted email addresses from the list using the Bulk Unsubscribe option.

• Go to: Login » Surveys (select a surveys) » Distibute » Email » Lists
• Click on the more options icon
• Select bulk unsubscribe.

• Here, you can enter the email addresses you want to remove from your list, one email address per line.
• Click Unsubscribe Email Addresses to complete the process. NOTE: you cannot undo this action once it’s complete.

To unsubscribe an individual email address:

• Go to: Login » Surveys (select a surveys) » Send » Email » Lists
• Select the email list that you need to modify.
• Click on the active email address count.
• A pop-up will appear with a list of all the active email addresses.
• Click on the email address that you want to unsubscribe.
• A pop-up will appear where you can edit contact information.

• Under contact information, click on the status drop-down and select Unsubscribed.
• Click on Update Contact button.

Email address will be unsubscribed.
